| Description | hi kerwin we received some issue from SKB VOC. after change a battery and upgrade as v15.520.8, it can't pairing RCU. the pairing error code happen code 11 / code 14/ code 33. Please check a log. log was captured at 8/31 21:27~21:39. Thanks. | ||||

Hi Jason, From the log, the pairing fail is due to fail to find A2DP device of RCU. (BRM_Audio_BA01) As a result, pairing APP display "Error Code 33". It is impossible to know the reason why STB fail to find BRM_Audio_BA01 from the log file. Is this issue reproducible ? For a temporary solution, please try to clear pairing information ( '*' + 'HOME' ) or do RCU factory reset ( '*' + '3' ) and then try again. Thanks ! |

hi kerwin I also received some log from VOC. symptom : after changing a battery , it is failed about Re-pairing. ( code 14/31/33). time - 8/31 21:27~21:39. Thanks. |

Hi Jason, Pairing is failed due to Scan Timeout (code 33). From the log, there are 2 BT devices found but no RCU device. BTW, from the 3 log above, issue happen on the same STB because MAC address is the same.
